This regular, continuous release makes it ideal for almost all growing situations. It is especially well-suited to evergreens and deciduous shrubs, and when you can only apply one release pattern. You can also use it where plants' nutrient demands are consistent through the growing cycle.

The Osmocote Exact Standard range includes multiple different products, including the standard start products, high potassium altenratives and the special Osmocote Exact Lo.Start 16-18 month longevity.

In addition, the granules are different colours depending on their longevity, ensuring you do not get them mixed up.

Osmocote Exact Standard 8-9M

If your pot plants call for high-potassium feeding, Osmocote Exact Standard High K 8-9M delivers steady precision nutrition over 8 to 9 months. Perfect for plants such as cyclamen, violets, primulas, or herbaceous perennials, and when using with nitrogen rich irrigation water.

Osmocote Exact Standard High K works very well in combination with Peters Professional water-soluble feeding. The recommended rates should be adapted, depending on the amount of water-soluble feeding.

Osmocote Exact Lo.Start 16-18M

Developed especially for slow-growing and sensitive crops which stay in the same pot for more than one season, Osmocote Exact Lo.Start 16-18M gets your young plants off to a healthy start. This product releases nutrition over more than a year, making it ideal for situations where a slow start is required, such as slow rooting young plants and early potting in tunnels. Osmocote Exact Lo.Start 16-18M is also suitable for warm climates. This is your go-to precision nutrition solution to get slow-growers off to a flying start.

Note: Rates for Osmocote are based on pot volumes. When incorporating fertilizer throughout the media and repotting plants into bigger pots, the dosage rate should be increased to compensate for the dilution effect. Please contact your ICL advisor for plant-specific recommendations.
