Daltons Premium Tree & Shrub Fertiliser

Daltons Premium Tree & Shrub Fertiliser is specifically formulated for most tree and shrub varieties, including New Zealand natives. It provides a balanced supply of nutrients for up to 3 months, promoting healthy foliage and vigorous root growth.

How to use

Application

One adult handful holds approx. 70gms. 1 Metric cup = 300gms.

New Plantings

Spread 150gms per m2 of Daltons Premium Tree & Shrub Fertiliser evenly across garden bed and mix thoroughly with existing soil. Water well.

TIP: For an extra good start, mix generous amounts of a Daltons Compost or Garden Mix product with your existing soil prior to planting.

Established Trees and Shrubs

Apply Daltons Premium Tree & Shrub Fertiliser at 200gms per m2 evenly out to the drip line. 

Water in well after application and avoid application too close to the base of the plant. Avoid direct contact with foliage.

TIP: For improved growth and weed control apply Daltons Garden Mulch after fertilising. Refer to application instructions on bag.

*For acid loving shrubs such as Camelia and Rhododendrons we recommend using Daltons Premium Acid Fertiliser.
