Ordering Pots and Containers
- Please ensure you provide the product code, colour, and quantity clearly when placing your order.
- We offer carton, pallet (standard and tall), and bulk sizes for delivery.
- The minimum order quantity is based on the pack quantity for each product.
- All orders must be made in carton, pallet, or bulk quantities.
Coloured Pots
Our standard colour is black and minimum quantities apply for all colour lines as pots are made to order. Please contact our Customer Services Team to discuss your options. If you want to order a special make or colour of pots in quantities below the minimum, check with our Customer Service Team. We may be able to accommodate your request by tagging your order onto another production run if available.
Pot Scheduling and Planning
Get ahead of your seasonal needs by contacting us to discuss pot scheduling. We can help you plan to have the necessary pots and containers available when you need them, so you can save time and costs and maintain productivity throughout the year.

Product Availability and Delivery
While we make every effort to maintain a comprehensive range of stock, not all items featured in this catalogue are always available. We recommend planning ahead to allow for shipping times and ensure timely delivery.
Forklift Unloading
Unless already noted on your account, we assume customers have a forklift onsite to unload pallets. If you do not have access to a forklift, please get in touch with our Customer Services Team to discuss alternative delivery arrangements.
Note: This does not apply to products that can be couriered, such as smaller items or cartons.
