Daltons Competition Terms & Conditions

The Promotion start and end dates are listed on the Daltons Limited entry form page.
To enter and be eligible for the promotion, entrants must submit their entry as outlined on the entry form page.
Entry is only open to individuals who are 18 years or over on the date of entry and who are residents of New Zealand. Employees and immediate families of Daltons Limited and its associated companies.
No responsibility is accepted by Daltons Limited for ineligible, lost or fraudulent entries. Ineligible entries include but are not limited to, entries received after the promotion period or entries that have been either partially or incorrectly completed.
The winner will be randomly drawn by Daltons Limited after the Promotion period ends. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize will be delivered to the winner's address as supplied in the entry details.
The Winner will be notified by email or phone. If Daltons Limited, having used reasonable efforts and is unable to contact the winners within one week of the prize being drawn then the prize is forfeited, and further draw(s) will be conducted.
The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred and is subject to availability and may be substituted for something of equal or higher value should any products become unavailable.
Daltons retains the right to remove any entries that are deemed inappropriate, offensive, or detrimental.
Winners must agree to have their name presented on the Daltons Limited Facebook, Instagram page, Tik Tok, Pinterest pages, and Growing Ideas newsletter in the occurrence that they win.
By engaging in this promotion, you consent to the publication of your entry (including any accompanying text, photo, or video) on the Daltons website, as well as Daltons Limited Facebook, Instagram page, Tik Tok, Pinterest pages. Your entry may also be featured in the Daltons Growing Ideas newsletter.
By taking part in this promotion, you confirm that any content you submit, including entries and comments, is free from any information that could be considered libelous, defamatory, offensive, or in violation of copyright.
The selected winner(s) agree to be accessible for photo opportunities if required. The winner(s) also consent to the use of media releases showcasing their win, encompassing, yet not restricted to, photographs displayed on the website www.daltons.co.nz, the Daltons Limited Facebook, Instagram page, Tik Tok, Pinterest pages, Growing Ideas Newsletter, and Press Releases.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Daltons Limited excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this Promotion, including, any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after its receipt by Daltons Limited) due to any reason.
Daltons reserves the right to alter the promotion rules and suspend or discontinue this competition at any time.

Privacy

You understand that information is provided to Daltons Limited and not to Facebook/Meta. The information provided to Daltons is for research and reference purposes, and by your entry, you give permission to the company to hold this information.
Daltons Limited collects and holds entrants’ personal information solely for the purpose of conducting this specific promotion and will only use or disclose personal information in connection with this specific promotion. Prior to receiving the Prize, the winner may be required to show proof of identity, for example, their passport or driver’s licence.
Daltons Limited will only continue to contact entrants if they have opted in to receive the Daltons Growing Ideas email newsletter as outlined in the entry form and is subject to any privacy laws that may apply.
These rules are governed by the relevant laws of New Zealand.
Winners consent to Daltons Limited using their name, city of residence and/or photograph for promotional purposes in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration.

Entrants agree that this promotion is in no way associated with, administered by, or endorsed by Meta (Facebook or Instagram); and acknowledge a complete release of Meta from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with their participation in this offer.
