How to use
Planter Boxes and Raised Gardens
Garden Time™ Planting Mix can be used in large planter boxes or big containers. Fill to a minimum depth of 30cm so roots have plenty of room to grow. For small containers or pots, use Garden Time™ Potting Mix.
As a Planter Mix
Dig a hole twice the size of the root ball and half fill it with Garden Time Planting Mix. Gently place your plant in the hole so it sits at the correct level, then fill up with more mix, gently firming around the plant.
Watering and Feeding
Water thoroughly after planting. After 3 months, give your plants an extra feed with a Garden Time fertiliser for the best results.
Tips and know how
Planting mix is made from natural organic materials and contains living micro-organisms. Keep it moist when handling, wear gloves (and a particulate mask if it's dusty) and wash your hands straight after use. Please read the health warning on the bag before opening.
