- 7g instant yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 300ml warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Filling
- 50g butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
- 1 cup grated cheese
- ½ tsp flaky sea salt
Method
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar and salt.
- Add the warm water and olive oil, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Knead for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place in a lightly oiled bowl, cover and leave in a warm spot for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray.
- Mix the butter, garlic and herbs together.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle approximately 40cm x 30cm.
