I would like to know

The Silverbeet you describe has gone to seed – this usually happens when it is grown out of season or the plant has been is affected by the site, soil or lack of maintenance. So long as it is planted at the right time your winter silverbeet should be lasting you until spring.

I grew ‘Brightlights’ Silverbeet from

An interesting question! The offspring from your existing silverbeet ie: next season’s crop from the seed that you sow, should in theory be a vast array of different forms and colours - however the majority will most probably revert back to the original silverbeet (white stem).

I find whenever I grow

Rocket is very easy to grow and is delicious in salads and cooking. With your young rocket plants you must pick the leaves continuously, whether you are eating them or not.
